How long does my order take to ship?

All of our items are sent out as Royal Mail Tracked so once shipped you should receive your order within a couple of working days. However, it can take up to 10 working days for your order to be delivered. Please be patient if this occurs, and after this time, if it has not arrived, get in touch with us and we will help as much as we can.

When ordering, please allow 2-5 days for dispatch. This usually isn’t needed and your order will be sent out before but for during busier periods, bare this in mind.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We deliver only in UK at the moment.

What is your return policy? 

At the moment, we are not accepting returns, but if you are unhappy with anything at all, please get in touch and we will help you with any issues in any way we can.
